We have seen the future, and it is product-led.
Products help customers accomplish something, and customers “hire” products when they need to get a job done. The easier we make it to “hire” our product, the faster our product grows.
More and more, product can do much of the selling, activating, renewing, expanding, and value realization itself (PLG).
